               JUBILEE PARK

   EXPLORING JHARKHAND

Jubilee park is situated in sakchi ,Jamshedpur.

established in 1958 by tata group

Jayanti Sarover lake

As I entered the park. I was amazed by the level of maintenance by the authorities. This park is spread over 225 acres. Therefore, you need the whole day to explore it.
This park consists of:

  • Zoo
  • Rose garden
  • Jayanti Sarovar lake
  • Safari
  • Laser show
  • Fountains
  • An amusement park
  • Picnic area
  • Nature Education Centre
They have not compromised on cleanliness.
One cannot miss the zoo which is the main attraction of this place.
Tata Zoo was opened for visitors on 3rd March 1994.
This zoo has varieties of animals and birds that looked healthy, active and happy.
So it seems like Jubilee Park Zoo authorities are taking good care of the animals.
Inside the zoo, it had drinking water, restaurants and washroom facilities available.
Zoo also has van for zoo visit and benches available.

Things , I was really fascinated to see are as follows:

  • View of the Jayanti sarover lake was mesmerizing...they also have boating facilities.
  • The animals and birds are cleary visible ...unlike Delhi zoo where you have to keep looking for animals.
  • The lions and the tigers family....was the best to see.(you could clearly hear them while they were communicating)
  • visitors make sure you carry a good camera as it will enhance your experience ....because  its the best place for photography.
  • and the list has no end.....this park has more than one can expect for....I was not lucky enough but if one does visit this place it also offers laser and musical fountain show in evenings.
  • They also have bus elephant safari and had a very well designed house For butterflies.
  • The birth anniversary of Jamshetji Tata is celebrated on the 3rd of March. This park is lit up beautifully in the evenings.

lodhi garden

                                                         Lodhi Garden

                                                               A WALK IN THE GARDEN.....

Lodhi Garden is a  historic park situated in  New Delhi, India. This garden is spread over 90 acres and was established between the 15th and the 16th century by the Sayyid's and the Lodhi's. It contains tombs, monuments, mosques, lakes, and ducks.

This garden is beautiful, it has jogging tracks for joggers and is very clean and well maintained. So one can come here in the mornings or in evenings. The ambiance of this place is very nature-friendly. A lot of physical activity can be seen like people playing football and badminton. This park is also a hot spot for a picnic and a good place for photography. The eye-catching view in this park are the ducks beside the lake. The view of the lake was very soul-soothing.

We all are so busy with our hectic lifestyle, so stressed out, no fresh air in the city.
